Creating Visual Content
If you own a business, you have a lot to think about. Creating visual content isn’t always high on the list. Aesthetics educator and professional René Serbon is an exception. To celebrate the 4th anniversary of her skin care company Dermal Systems, Serbon launched a short web video. She collaborated with ET2media to gather video footage during the 2015 Esthétique Spa International (ESI) trade show at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
“I’m incredibly proud that Dermal Systems is growing and reaching new markets every year. Having a booth and leading several workshops at ESI Vancouver provided a great opportunity for our team to celebrate, and showcase our products and services,” says Serbon. “Creating a video of this event lets us show our customers around the world what we’re up to.”
Visual content from the ESI show was also shared on Serbon’s social media channels during and after the event. This included short video clips created specially for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Considering the cost involved in attending trade shows, it’s important that business owners take every opportunity to gain earned and shared media for their efforts.
